Where the Landlord requires additional services provided by third parties Anthony Pepe will provide a quote for the consideration of the Landlord.

*Anthony Pepe is a member of The Property Redress Scheme and the Propertymark Client Money Protection Scheme.

Notes:

1: The Tenancy Set Up Fee is payable at the outset of the initial tenancy and includes preparation of the tenancy agreement, tenant references, tenant right to rent checks and all compliance checks.

2: The Renewal Tenancy Set Up Fee is payable at the outset of any renewal and includes preparation of the renewal tenancy agreement.

3: Payable upon registration and any re-registration of the deposit by Anthony Pepe.
