Although London continues to evolve and develop, Crouch End has managed to retain its boho charm, attracting professional couples and families. One of the reasons for this is possible that it’s not serviced by tube or train, but don’t let this put you off.
Crouch End is the kind of place you get to, and don’t want to leave. Everything you could possibly want is here, from cool independent shops, local pubs and bars, a theatre, parkland… and it’s got more than its fair share of celebrities, too. Slightly cheaper than its neighbours, Highgate and Muswell Hill, you’ll find a mixture of Victorian and Edwardian houses as well as a good selection of schools and green spaces. The famous Alexandra Park sits on the northern border, and nearby Priory Park is proud of its Green Flag award.
